In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pak111," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the pak111 platform accessible at pak111.site.
• "Platform" means the pak111 website, mobile-optimised browser interface, and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features accessible through pak111.site.
• "Player," "you," "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration and verification process.
• "Wallet" / "Balance" means the Pakistani Rupee (PKR) balance held within a Player's pak111 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, matched deposit bonuses, free bets, or cashback amounts credited to a Player's Account by pak111.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds or a deposit must be wagered before resulting winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• "CNIC" means the Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card issued by NADRA.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player from their own verified payment source, exclusive of Bonus Funds.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options available within the Player's Account settings.

Access to the pak111 Platform and creation of an Account is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of any Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pak111 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by minors. Age verification via CNIC is conducted before withdrawal privileges are granted.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other non-individual legal persons are not eligible to hold an Account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of pak111 or any of its affiliated game providers or software suppliers.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from pak111 or notified that your Account has been permanently closed for conduct-related reasons.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold one and only one pak111 Account. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, names, CNICs, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, pak111 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and thereafter — including your mobile number, date of birth, and CNIC details — is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension.

3.3 CNIC Verification (KYC). Before any withdrawal is processed, pak111 requires submission of clear photographs of your CNIC (front and reverse). This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a regulatory obligation and a player protection measure. pak111 may also request additional documentation including proof of payment method ownership and proof of address at its discretion. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

3.4 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pak111 support staff will never request your password. Any activity on your Account prior to notification of suspected unauthorised access is your responsibility.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pak111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No fees are charged by pak111 on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment service provider's own terms and charges may apply.

4.2 Minimum Thresholds. The minimum deposit amount is Rs100. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs200. These thresholds are subject to change and the current figures displayed in your Account Wallet section prevail.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK are processed within 1–24 hours. VIP members at Gold tier and above receive expedited processing. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification.

4.4 Third-Party Payments. pak111 will only process withdrawals to the verified payment method(s) used by the Account holder. Transfers to third-party accounts, payment methods not registered under the Account holder's identity, or cryptocurrency wallets are strictly prohibited.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pak111 will notify the Account holder using their registered contact details before any administrative fee is applied to a dormant Account balance.

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: Instant deposits, withdrawals within 5–30 minutes
• Raast: Deposits and withdrawals within approximately 5 minutes
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK: 15–60 minutes for deposits; up to 24 hours for withdrawals

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by pak111 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion's terms prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated in each promotion. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will not be transferable to a Player's withdrawable balance until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Real Money Funds deposited in the same transaction as a bonus are wagered first.

5.3 Welcome Bonus. The pak111 Welcome Bonus of 100% up to Rs10,000 on a player's first qualifying deposit is available to newly registered, CNIC-verified accounts only. A minimum qualifying deposit of Rs500 is required. The standard wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount. The Welcome Bonus may not be combined with any other promotional offer unless explicitly stated.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. pak111 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend or terminate an Account, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: low-risk wagering designed to clear bonus requirements with minimal risk; coordinated multi-account play; or any strategy deemed contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

5.5 VIP Programme. The pak111 VIP Programme operates across multiple tiers. VIP benefits — including cashback percentages, withdrawal limit increases, and personal account manager access — are determined by tier at the time of disbursement and are subject to change. Cashback is credited weekly and applied to net losses in the preceding seven-day period. VIP tier recalculation occurs monthly based on the preceding calendar month's qualifying turnover.

6.1 Game Rules. The rules governing each individual game or betting market available on the pak111 Platform — including house edge disclosures, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, side bet rules, and live dealer protocols — are published within the game information panel of each title. These game-specific rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by pak111. A bet is not accepted until confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number is issued. pak111 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where the bet has been placed in error or at an incorrect price.

6.3 Bet Settlement. Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event or game as recognised by pak111. In the case of cricket betting, results are determined by the official governing body of the match. Where a result is disputed, pak111's decision is final.

6.4 Technical Failures. pak111 shall not be liable for system failures, internet connection interruptions, or technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control that result in loss of a gaming session. Where a technical failure prevents completion of a game round that was in progress and the outcome cannot be reconstructed, pak111 will return the stake to the Player's Account. Winnings that have already been credited and settled before a technical failure are unaffected.

6.5 Jackpots. Progressive jackpot amounts are displayed in real time and are correct to the moment of display. pak111 is not responsible for minor discrepancies caused by display latency. The jackpot amount at the precise moment of the triggering event is the amount paid.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak111 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-Account policy
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, or depositing funds derived from illegal sources
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or game malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner contrary to their purpose
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any portion of the pak111 Platform's software
• Facilitating access to the Platform by a minor or any individual who is otherwise ineligible under these Terms

All content on the pak111 Platform — including but not limited to the pak111 name and logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, icons, data compilations, and software code — is the property of pak111 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform
• Use the pak111 name, logo, or branding for any commercial purpose
• Create derivative works based on any portion of the Platform's content or software
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application

Any unauthorised use of pak111's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence and may give rise to legal proceedings.

pak111 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and pak111 provides the following tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. All Responsible Gaming Tools are accessible from within your Account settings and take effect immediately:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limits can be decreased immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict your net losses over a defined time period to prevent sessions from exceeding a self-determined threshold.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure pop-up notifications after a defined duration of continuous play to prompt a review of your session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for 1, 7, 30, or 90 days. No exceptions are made for early cancellation during a cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the pak111 Platform. Minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months. During self-exclusion, pak111 will use reasonable efforts to block any new registration attempts using the same identity details.

pak111 prohibits the use of the Platform by individuals under the age of 21. Where pak111 has reason to believe that an Account is held by or being used by a person under 21, that Account will be immediately suspended pending verification, and any winnings will be withheld pending investigation.

10.1 The pak111 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10.2 pak111 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

10.3 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak111's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 pak111 shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if pak111 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.5 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pak111's liability for death or personal injury caused by pak111's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

pak111 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by pak111 — including your name, CNIC details, mobile number, and transaction history — is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and where required, reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

pak111 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Player data may be shared with certified game providers, payment processors, and KYC verification service providers solely to the extent necessary for the operation of the Platform and the provision of services to you.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting pak111 at [email protected]. Certain data may be retained for legally mandated periods notwithstanding a deletion request.

12.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your pak111 Account at any time by contacting live chat support. Before closure, any Real Money Funds in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus Funds at the time of closure are forfeited.

12.2 Suspension by pak111. pak111 may suspend an Account with immediate effect and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any threat to the integrity of the Platform. pak111 will notify the Account holder of the suspension as soon as it is reasonable to do so.

12.3 Termination for Cause. Where an investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse — pak111 may permanently terminate the Account. In such cases, pak111 reserves the right to withhold all balances, including Real Money Funds, pending investigation and subject to applicable legal requirements.

12.4 Right of Appeal. A Player who believes their Account has been incorrectly suspended or terminated may contact pak111 at [email protected] to request a review. pak111 will endeavour to respond to all appeals within five (5) business days.

pak111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect Player rights or obligations in a significant way — pak111 will notify registered Players via their registered mobile number or in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms come into effect.

Your continued use of the pak111 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 12.1 above.

The version of these Terms that was in force at the time any dispute arose governs the resolution of that dispute. The current version and effective date are displayed at the top of this page.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the pak111 operator's jurisdiction of licensing.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and pak111, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through pak111's internal complaints process. You may submit a formal complaint by writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint." pak111 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

14.3 Escalation. If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through pak111's internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under which pak111 holds its gaming licence. 14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
